As you gain reading proficiency you can proceed to the units "Reading the Bible" and "Proverbs and Phrases from the Bible". ("Readings from the Bible" include: readings from the Scroll of Ruth, Chapters from the Book of Kings, and the Book of Jonah and selections from the Book of Deuteronomy. )

The entire software package is age appropriate for adults and youth from age nine and up. Beginning learners as young as six to eight can use the the lesson units one through five.
Learning Strategies

Teaches phonetic reading of text. Authentic Hebrew words, rather than nonsense syllables, are introduced in the reading practice as quickly as possible to provide practice in reading real words.

Click on any Hebrew syllable or Hebrew word on the screen to hear it read aloud. Click to repeat the word as many times as you wish.

Choose between slow or normal speed when listening to the audio.

Click on the button with a picture of a microphone to record yourself as you practice reading aloud.

Change the color of the letters and the width of the pen strokes. Erase when needed.

- Read the word.
- Repeat it out loud. Use the button to hear the word again.
- Type in the word. You can choose the Israeli keyboard or the BibleWorks keyboard.
- Proceed to the next word when ready.
